Step One, place your start date and end date of the rental policy.
(This would be your wedding date. The end date will be the following day as the start date. The price is the same for up to 3 days as a weekend rate.)

Step Three, check out through our one page checkout with only a 50% deposit of total if ordered 3 weeks or more out. Ordered less than 3 week to event date, we will capture (charge) the full amount. When processing your order, the payment goes into a TEMPORARY CHARGE until we actually charge or submit an invoice.
(After you checkout your rental order, you will receive an email. This email will be sent confirming your rental order. You will receive event reminders when your day comes closer. You will receive a phone call on scheduling times as the dates is closer.)
Some Mini DJ Rental accessories are delivering the Mini DJ Rentals to you and having our team set up and tear down the Mini DJ Rentals. For the White Padded Mini DJ Rentals they must be delivered. We no longer accept customer pickups.
Including Delivery, Set Up & Tear Down
Summit City Rental delivers our event rentals through the Midwest including Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois. Do you know we have gone as far as Pennsylvania for events. However, we are primarily focused on Northeast Indiana including Fort Wayne, Auburn, Angola, Syrcause, Warsaw, Columbia City, and other surrounding areas.
All Delivery Fees for any rental is calculated at checkout by zip code. Delivery fees do include drop off/pick up As a reminder, delivery does not include set up or tear down.
At Summit City Rental our team is happy to assist in setting up and tearing down event rentals such as the White Padded Mini DJ Rentals. There is a per Mini DJ Rental fee for us to set up and tear down. The set up and tear down fee must be in conjunction with the delivery fee meaning must have delivery to have set up and tear down of Mini DJ Rentals in Fort Wayne, IN or surrounding areas.
However, you can also set up and tear down padded white Mini DJ Rentals yourself. They are easy to do, but can be time consuming. The Mini DJ Rentals come on stacks of 25. Once done you just restack them into stacks of 25 Mini DJ Rentals per wood pallet.

We (Summit City Rental) offer the availability to deliver your rental items to your location. This delivery fee does not mean we will set up or tear down the Fort Wayne Mini DJ Rental. When we arrive, we will drop your rental items off twenty feet from the truck. If it is an excess of twenty feet please call us as there may be an additional charge. This twenty feet does not include going up more than five stairs. As a customer you can pick and choose what event rental or wedding rental items you want set up and torn down.

Depending on your choices of delivery or pick up this can vary. If there is a delivery and we are setting up and tearing down. Then you don’t need to worry about anything. On the other hand if we are NOT setting up or tearing down event rentals, you will have to stack them back up where they were dropped off.
If you picked up your Fort Wayne Mini DJ Rental affordable. You can drop your Fort Wayne Mini DJ Rentals off anytime you want. This time period is within the return period of your rentals. Usually all pick up rentals are due back two days after event rental date.
We do allow cancellation of any order. However, the deposit of 50% is non-refundable. Our policy enforces this because there is an office staff that has spent minimum 10-15 minutes of processing your order, calculating travel time and ensuring all your request are met. When we cancel the order there is a five minutes spent in the office cancelling the event. Since, we spend close to a half hour of just office staff, we don’t refund the 50% deposit. However, you can transfer your date up to a year from "EVENT DATE" NOT BOOK DATE and 25% will transfer of the 50%. Your contract will not transfer, but instead receive a Gift Certificate to Summit cCity Rental for 25% of the deposit amount. We do this as pricing changes (good/bad), fuel increases/decreases, and other amounts. As we can all remember 2021 post pandemic and the unbelievable employee shortage and rising fuel costs.

We will deliver the Mini DJ Rentals 1 - 2 day(s) before the scheduled Fort Wayne Mini DJ Rental to your event hall. If your event hall allows earlier day we will strive for an earlier day. However, if your event hall requires the same day delivery then they will be delivered usually between 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Summit City Rental Delivers:
We will pick up the Fort Wayne Mini DJ Rentals the day of or day after the scheduled Fort Wayne Mini DJ Rental to your event hall/likely on a weekday, unless specified above. If your event hall allows day after we will strive to pick up after the event. However, if your event hall requires the same day pick up then they will be picked up thirty minutes after event is finished. You must inform us five business days prior if your event will be longer. Once we arrive, we will NOT wait for the party to finish. Our staff will start tearing down. SAME DAY TEAR DOWNS will occur at your specified time. If the event is NOT OVER AT SPECIFIED TIME WE WILL BEGIN TEARING DOWN.
Customer Drop Off:
This option is available for drop off.
First, we (Summit City Rental) do NOT require any security deposits. However, we do require a down deposit. So, what is the difference between down deposit and security deposit?
We do require a down deposit for any padded Fort Wayne Mini DJ Rental. Our down deposit is 50% of the rental amount and is NON-REFUNDABLE. That means the 50% you put down is part of the total and NON-REFUNDABLE.
All Mini DJ Rentals must be placed where originally left. If we do not have access to these areas or other issues arrise; another delivery fee will be added as we are required to make special accomodation. The delivery fee is not divided by 1/2, but the full amount. In addition, if the Mini DJ Rentals are not torn down and were suppose to be. The tear down cost will be $4.00 per Mini DJ Rental. This fee is high as at times only one individual is delivering the Mini DJ Rentals or picking up if no set up and tear down is indicated.
