- Don’t ask for money, or mention where you are registered in your wedding invitations. This shows that the gift is more important than the guest. (This information can be communicated by family and bridesmaids.)
- Don’t forget postage on response cards.
- Don’t e-mail invitations, addresses for responses, or thank you notes. Don’t use phone numbers for responses either.
- Remember to stay in touch with wedding party members. This will go a long way in making them a part of your special day!
- Never forget basic manners with those close to you and those you’re working with on your wedding. You don’t have to smooth feathers if you haven’t ruffled them!
- Don’t forget that mutual respect goes a long way.
- Never forget to say “I love you!”
