Both Bride and Groom, 18 years of age or older, must apply in person
     Allen County Courthouse - Room 201
     Monday through Friday, from 8am to 4pm, excluding Legal Holidays. 

Valid Drivers License needed or other State Identification
     Call 449-7245 for other forms of valid ID 

Completed State of Indiana Pre Marital Examination Certificate
     Women under the age of 50 only.
     Available through your family physician.  

Fees

     Allen County Resident: $18
     Out of State Residents getting married in Allen County: $60
     Indiana residents, neither living in Allen County, must apply in County of Residence. 

Allow 30 minutes for Application process.

You will receive license on same day.

License expires in 60 days
